Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the digital platform strategy and marketing plan.
- Create, post, and manage social media content.
- Develop social media strategies for various channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and manage digital marketing plans and budgets.
- Lead media efforts by pitching ideas and overseeing the ROI of digital investments.
- Analyze and report sales performance after each campaign and promotion.
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of work experience, with a focus on Digital Marketing/E-Commerce.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with a goal-driven mindset.
- Natural leadership qualities coupled with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stress, meet targets, multitask effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Driven to succeed with a proactive and can-do attitude.
