Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and telecommunications.
- Evaluate, implement, and support software applications and systems to streamline business processes.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations
- Lead and develop a team of IT professionals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement innovative solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum 10 years’ IT experience with 5 years at IT management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Expertise in IT infrastructure management, including networks, Microsoft servers, storage systems, virtualization, Cloud applications, and data backup.
- Experience in IT Operation and Support, and IT Project Management.
- Good understanding of data security and privacy regulations, as well as experience implementing cybersecurity measures.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of IT professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.
Technical Skills:
- Clients: Microsoft365 products
- Servers: MS Window Servers, VM
- ERP: Oracle EBS DB Admin
- Backup: Veeam Software
- Network: Firewall, Switch configuration, PABX, Wifi system, printers.
- Microsoft and ITIL certifications
