JOB TYPE: Full Time and Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for IT security alert
- Responsible for monitoring security incidents and alerts
- Classify incidents cases following the working procedures guidance and training
- Escalate cases that are rated high level to 2nd tier
- Improve work operations from the feedback
- Ensure that incidents and alerts are escalated within the SLA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge in Operating System and Networking
- Knowledge in SIEM operating solutions.
- Familiar with common security tools (Firewall, Antivirus)
- Experience working in a Security/Network operation environment would be advantageous
