Thai and Foreigners Welcome

Responsibilities:

Provide suggestions for solutions and support for critical production systems.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
Follow-up and update customer status and information.
Manage SQL databases.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in IT Support , helpdesk or other.
Experience as SQL database management.
Ability to explain complex solutions to the customer in an understandable way.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
A quick grasp and a very good verbal and written expression in English language.
Thai or Foreigner currently living in Thailand.
Fluent communicate in English.
