Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 12 staff members supporting security operation services.
- Monitor and assess daily status of cases handled by staff to ensure timely resolution within SLA and high service quality.
- Engage with customers to understand and address issues in their environment effectively.
- Collaborate with security product vendors to identify and implement solutions for customer challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
- Extensive experience in security operation and/or IT operation, with a focus of more than 5 years.
- Proficiency in EPP tools such as Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security.
- Familiarity with EDR solutions like Tanium, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Expertise in vulnerability scanning, patch management, and compliance management tools.
- Over 3 years of experience in information security.
- Strong communication skills in English, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork, problem-solving, logical thinking, and initiative.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Certifications:
- Comptia Security+
- CCISP
- CCSP
