Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain various network and security devices such as Cisco, Palo-Alto FW, VPN, Prisma, and SDWAN Viptela.
- Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct problem reviews, implement preventive measures, and offer consultations through ad-hoc meetings with customers.
- Utilize enterprise network and service monitoring tools effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in an Internet Service Provider or Managed Service business.
- Previous work experience as a networking engineer or a solid background in network administration and architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of network operating systems, including Cisco, Prisma (Palo Alto Firewall), IPSec, and SDWAN Viptela.
- In-depth understanding of Routing and Switching, communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
- Hands-on experience with ISP, routers, switches, Next-Generation Prisma Firewall Palo-Alto (including upgrades), IPSec tunnels, and VPN.
- Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security), CompTIA Security Plus (CompTIA Sec+), Cisco Certified
- Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise).
