Job Summary
We are hiring an SEO Specialist to join our team. The role of the SEO Specialist is to optimize our website and online content to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize website pages and blog posts for improved search engine rankings.
- Create and implement effective link building strategies to increase website authority and visibility.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on organic search performance and website traffic.
- Provide recommendations and implement SEO optimizations to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as they relate to SEO.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms.
