Technical Project Leader

Job Description:

• Work hours: 8:30-17:30 with flexible working hours
• Actively drive projects by combining business acumen with technical expertise
• Lead digital transformation and new business initiatives, balancing technical challenges with business objectives
• Identify opportunities and risks, guiding projects with informed decision-making
• Ensure effective collaboration between customers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality results that contribute to client business growth
• Actively influence project success, embodying our role as a vital IT partner in our clients’ ventures

Requirements:

• Gender: Male or Female
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and system analysis
• Experience in leading software development and digital transformation projects
• Track record of successfully managing and delivering diverse IT projects, especially in new business development or new system development
• Ability to balance multiple project demands and adapt to evolving project scopes
• Strong technical acumen in software development methodologies and project management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English for effective communication with diverse teams and clients
• Good management, service mindset, and presentation skills
• Adaptability and understanding of business dynamics to provide IT solutions
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel (e.g., Amata, Gateway) as needed for project requirements and client engagements

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Qualifications:

• Professional certifications from recognized bodies such as Microsoft, AWS, or PMP are beneficial
